Hey everyone, I found the thread on the underwater camera wiring problem another poster had and I have similar issue. I'm wiring up an underwater video camera with LED lights onto my ROV project. There's a single larger diameter wire that comes out of camera, and splits at a molded junction into 2 slightly smaller diam. wires. Stripping these back reveals a pair of very small guage stranded wires in each. One pair is yellow and black, the other is red and black. The ROV is a 24 volt system that had multiple shorts in the umbilical to vehicle interface, so i dissected the extensively shrink tubed bundle and am rebuilding it. All is working fine, except the camera. I'm assuming the yellow is the video feed out, but I can't figure out which of the others are power or ground. I've tried connecting different combos directly to the power source, but nothing makes the LED lights come alive. I don't know the make of the camera and can't get it open to see what's going on inside. Any clues on how to wire this thing up or if the camera/light is bad, how to tell?
